Flux Klein helps you create images and videos using AI models from text prompts and uploaded reference images. Usage is credit-based.

We may route generation requests to third-party model providers to complete your request.

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Generate prohibited, exploitative, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate others, harass others, or intentionally cause harm.
• Circumvent limits, probe security, or disrupt service operations.

• Credits are prepaid usage units and are consumed by generations and paid features.
• Pricing, taxes, and checkout details are shown before purchase.
• Except where stated in our Refund Policy, purchases are non-refundable.

You retain rights to your prompts and, subject to provider terms and applicable law, to saved outputs. You grant us a limited license to process content only as needed to operate the service.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, pricing, or limits may be updated at any time.

The service and outputs are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee outputs are original, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or unlawful use.

These terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.
