1. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • For credit packs, less than 50% of purchased credits must be consumed.
  • For subscriptions, only the latest billing period is eligible.
  • Bonus or promotional credits are not refundable.

2. Not Eligible

  • Majority of purchased credits already used.
  • Repeated refund abuse or violations of service policies.
  • Dissatisfaction with output aesthetics when the service functioned normally.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@flux-klein.com and include:

  1. Order number or subscription email.
  2. Purchase date.
  3. Reason for the request.

We usually respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Banking timelines may vary by region.

5. Chargebacks

Contact support before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Unsupported chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
