This license explains how you may use content generated with Flux Klein. It complements our Terms of Service.
1. Your Rights to Outputs
Subject to this license and applicable law, you may use saved outputs for personal and commercial projects.
- Design drafts, references, and marketing assets.
- Social media, websites, portfolios, and client work.
2. Restrictions
You may not use outputs to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights.
- Create harmful, exploitative, or deceptive content.
- Impersonate real persons without consent.
- Train competing foundation models without permission.
3. Third-Party Provider Terms
We may route requests through third-party model providers. If provider terms apply to a model, you must also comply with those terms.
4. Limited Service License to Operate
You grant Flux Klein a non-exclusive license to process prompts, uploads, and outputs solely for operating and improving the service.
5. Disclaimer
Outputs are provided as-is. You are responsible for final rights clearance and compliance before commercial or public use.
